Shipping and Refunds Policy

Orders are processed within 3 business days of order date (takes a minute to customize!).  We offer free standard shipping on all orders, including those to US outside of the lower 48. 

We always want our customers to be happy but since Goode Health is a customized product with customized packaging (unique to you) we generally do not accept returned product.  We will refund you for your order if it didn't meet your expectations, as long as your request is submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

*Refund means the total amount you paid for your order with the exception of shipping costs. Any shipping charges incurred (to and from) on the order are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund.* 

Refunds are issued within 30 days of approval.
